While our web hosting plans do not offer File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access, you can request FTP access if the client agrees to the section titled "FTP Access" in our Terms of Service. https://umcchurches.org/terms-of-service.php

There would be a contention of a note going on your account about having full file access to your site.

If things break we won’t be responsible.
